Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự tham gia việc làm xanh và tiềm năng xanh của thanh niên Việt Nam: Phân tích bằng mô hình hồi quy logit đa thức

Nghiên cứu phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự tham gia vào việc làm xanh và việc làm tiềm năng xanh tại Việt Nam, đồng thời xem xét sự khác biệt giữa thanh niên và nhóm lao động trưởng thành. Sử dụng dữ liệu Khảo sát Lực lượng Lao động năm 2023 và mô hình logit đa thức kết hợp với xác suất dự báo, kết quả cho thấy thị trường lao động xanh phân tầng rõ rệt theo trình độ kỹ năng. Việc làm tiềm năng xanh chủ yếu tập trung ở nhóm lao động kỹ năng thấp và trung bình, trong khi việc làm xanh có xu hướng tập trung ở nhóm lao động trình độ cao. Thanh niên và phụ nữ có xác suất tham gia việc làm xanh thấp hơn so với các nhóm còn lại. Ngoài ra, tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp xanh tại địa phương có tác động tích cực hơn đối với khả năng tham gia việc làm xanh của thanh niên. Kết quả nghiên cứu hàm ý cần phát triển kỹ năng xanh và mở rộng cơ hội tiếp cận việc làm xanh theo hướng công bằng và bao trùm.
