Ảnh hưởng của kiến thức về trí tuệ nhân tạo và tài chính số đến hành vi áp dụng công nghệ tài chính: Hướng tới tài chính toàn diện trong doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động của kiến thức về trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và kiến thức tài chính số đối với hành vi áp dụng công nghệ tài chính (Fintech) hướng tới tài chính toàn diện trong doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Khảo sát 568 doanh nghiệp và phân tích bằng mô hình PLS-SEM cho thấy kiến thức về AI có ảnh hưởng tích cực mạnh đến việc áp dụng Fintech, trong khi kiến thức tài chính số không tạo tác động đáng kể. Ngoài ra, kỳ vọng về hiệu suất và kỳ vọng về nỗ lực đều thúc đẩy hành vi áp dụng Fintech. Ảnh hưởng xã hội không phải là yếu tố quyết định trong việc chấp nhận Fintech. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng áp dụng Fintech tác động mạnh đến tài chính toàn diện của doanh nghiệp thông qua việc mở rộng khả năng tiếp cận dịch vụ tài chính và cải thiện quản lý nguồn vốn. Nghiên cứu đóng góp hàm ý quan trọng trong việc tăng cường năng lực AI, nâng cao đào tạo tài chính số và tối ưu hóa các giải pháp Fintech nhằm thúc đẩy tài chính toàn diện bền vững.
