Khởi nghiệp kỹ thuật số và trò chơi hóa trong giáo dục: Vai trò trung gian của chấp nhận rủi ro

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu đánh giá tác động của trò chơi hóa và chấp nhận rủi ro đến ý định khởi nghiệp kỹ thuật số của sinh viên tại Việt Nam thông qua việc kết hợp hai mô hình lý thuyết là UTAUT và S-O-R. Nghiên cứu đã thu thập khảo sát từ 377 sinh viên đại học và dữ liệu được phân tích bằng mô hình cấu trúc SEM-PLS để kiểm định các giả thuyết. Kết quả cho thấy kỳ vọng hiệu suất và điều kiện thuận lợi có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến ý định sử dụng trò chơi hóa và khả năng chấp nhận rủi ro, từ đó gia tăng ý định khởi nghiệp kỹ thuật số. Đặc biệt, chấp nhận rủi ro đóng vai trò trung gian quan trọng giữa ý định sử dụng trò chơi hóa và ý định khởi nghiệp kỹ thuật số, giúp sinh viên tự tin đối mặt với rủi ro thực tế. Kết quả nghiên cứu nhằm giúp cho các nhà giáo dục và quản lý trong việc thiết kế các chương trình giáo dục khởi nghiệp dựa trên trò chơi hóa để phát triển kỹ năng và động lực khởi nghiệp cho sinh viên trong kỷ nguyên kỹ thuật số.
