Hành vi rủi ro đạo đức tại các ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam – tiếp cận theo mô hình tam giác gian lận

Nghiên cứu này đánh giá hành vi rủi ro đạo đức của người lao động tại các ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam theo cách tiếp cận của mô hình tam giác gian lận. Chúng tôi xử lý 1.060 quan sát hợp lệ của ba biến quan sát bậc 2 là áp lực, biện minh và năng lực bằng phần mềm SPSS26 và AMOS24. Kết quả của mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính cho thấy, áp lực và biện minh là hai nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi rủi ro đạo đức, còn năng lực thì không. Chúng tôi đưa ra một số hàm ý chính sách đến các ngân hàng thương mại và cơ quan quản lý nhà nước bao gồm tăng cường công nghệ thông tin, đồng thời ban hành quy trình chặt chẽ để người lao động hạn chế những áp lực tài chính và phi tài chính; cũng như giảm ý định biện minh cho hành vi của mình.
