Rối loạn tăng động giảm chú ý và khởi sự kinh doanh số trong kỷ nguyên Generative AI

Nghiên cứu này xem xét cách đặc điểm rối loạn tăng động giảm chú ý (ADHD) ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi sự kinh doanh số trong bối cảnh phát triển nhanh chóng của trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh (GenAI). Dựa trên Mô hình sự kiện khởi nghiệp (EEM), nghiên cứu đề xuất rằng đặc điểm ADHD thúc đẩy mức độ sử dụng GenAI theo chiều rộng và chiều sâu; hai dạng sử dụng này tiếp tục củng cố cảm nhận mong muốn và cảm nhận tính khả thi, từ đó gia tăng ý định khởi sự kinh doanh số. Dữ liệu từ 1.025 thanh niên Việt Nam được phân tích bằng PLS-SEM cho thấy tất cả các giả thuyết đều được ủng hộ. Kết quả mở rộng EEM trong bối cảnh khởi sự kinh doanh số thời đại GenAI, đồng thời làm rõ vai trò trung gian của hành vi sử dụng GenAI giữa đặc điểm cá nhân và nhận thức khởi nghiệp. Nghiên cứu cũng gợi ý tăng cường đào tạo GenAI theo hướng thực hành nhằm nâng cao ý định khởi sự kinh doanh số của thanh niên.
