Sự phát triển của các chính sách phối hợp trong thu hút FDI của Trung Quốc

Nghiên cứu này đi sâu phân tích sự phát triển của các chính sách phối hợp nhằm làm rõ sự chuyển dịch chiến lược trong thu hút FDI của Trung Quốc (1979 - 2005). Bằng cách sử dụng phổ các loại hình hoạch định chính sách của Howlett & Mukherjee (2014), nghiên cứu xây dựng khung phân tích sự phát triển của tổ hợp chính sách (policy mix) và đánh giá sự phát triển của các chính sách phối hợp trong thu hút FDI của Trung Quốc. Kết quả cho thấy, thành công của chính sách thu hút FDI của Trung Quốc không chỉ đến từ các chính sách cụ thể mà còn đến từ năng lực liên tục nhận diện sự lệch hướng, lựa chọn đúng cơ chế điều chỉnh, và duy trì sự phối hợp ngang giữa bốn trụ cột qua từng giai đoạn phát triển.
