Mối quan hệ giữa trí tuệ nhân tạo sinh và tư duy sáng tạo của sinh viên: vai trò trung gian của động lực học tập và điều tiết của hỗ trợ giảng viên

Mặc dù trí tuệ nhân tạo sinh (Generative Artificial Intelligence - GAI) ngày càng được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong giáo dục đại học, các bằng chứng thực nghiệm về tác động của GAI đến tư duy sáng tạo của sinh viên vẫn còn hạn chế. Nghiên cứu này xây dựng mô hình nhằm phân tích mối quan hệ giữa việc sử dụng GAI, hỗ trợ của giảng viên, động lực học tập và tư duy sáng tạo. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 923 sinh viên đại học tại Việt Nam và phân tích bằng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM). Kết quả cho thấy GAI không trực tiếp đến tư duy sáng tạo mà tác động gián tiếp thông qua biến trung gian động lực học tập. Bên cạnh đó, hỗ trợ của giảng viên đóng vai trò điều tiết vừa củng cố ảnh hưởng của GAI lên động lực, vừa tăng cường mối quan hệ giữa động lực học tập và tư duy sáng tạo của sinh viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy việc sử dụng GAI cần đi kèm với sự hỗ trợ phù hợp từ giảng viên nhằm nâng cao động lực học tập, từ đó thúc đẩy tư duy sáng tạo của sinh viên. Nghiên cứu cung cấp hàm ý thực tiễn cho các cơ sở giáo dục đại học trong việc thiết kế hoạt động giảng dạy và ứng dụng GAI nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả học tập trong thời kỳ kỷ nguyên số.
