Động lực đổi mới trong kỷ nguyên số: Bằng chứng từ hệ thống đổi mới tại Hàn Quốc

Nghiên cứu này phân tích các động lực thúc đẩy đổi mới sáng tạo trong kỷ nguyên số dựa trên trường hợp Hàn Quốc giai đoạn 2007-2022. Sử dụng dữ liệu chuỗi thời gian và mô hình hồi quy sai phân bậc một, nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động ngắn hạn của chi tiêu R&D, nguồn nhân lực khoa học, hạ tầng số và tăng trưởng kinh tế đến số đơn đăng ký sáng chế và xuất khẩu công nghệ cao. Kết quả cho thấy tăng trưởng kinh tế có tác động tích cực và có ý nghĩa thống kê đến hoạt động đăng ký sáng chế trong ngắn hạn. Chi tiêu R&D thể hiện đặc điểm có độ trễ, trong khi nguồn nhân lực và hạ tầng số không có ý nghĩa thống kê trong ngắn hạn. Đối với xuất khẩu công nghệ cao, mô hình không giải thích được sự biến động. Các phát hiện cho thấy đổi mới là một quá trình động với sự khác biệt giữa giai đoạn tạo tri thức và thương mại hóa công nghệ. Nghiên cứu cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm và gợi ý chính sách cho các quốc gia đang phát triển, trong đó có Việt Nam.
