Sự hài lòng chỗ ở của người lao động thu nhập thấp: vai trò của tiện nghi, môi trường khu ở và tiếp cận dịch vụ xã hội

Nghiên cứu này phân tích các yếu tố tác động mức hài lòng chỗ ở với dữ liệu khảo sát về điều kiện nhà ở của 15000 hộ gia đình tại khu vực đô thị và khu công nghiệp Việt Nam. Sử dụng mô hình hồi quy logit thứ tự tổng quát ghi nhận tác động quan trọng của yếu tố môi trường khu ở đặc biệt là cộng đồng khu ở, xác định những ưu tiên đối với yếu tố tiện nghi, chức năng, đặc tính an toàn căn nhà, đồng thời bổ sung tác động của nhu cầu tiếp cận dịch vụ xã hội phản ánh sự thay đổi trong phong cách sống của hộ gia đình tác động đến sự hài lòng chỗ ở. Căn cứ kết quả thực nghiệm, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số khuyến nghị chính sách cụ thể, thiết thực về quy hoạch và chính sách nhà ở đối với người lao động thu nhập thấp đô thị và khu công nghiệp.
