Hạnh phúc trong công việc đóng vai trò trung gian giữa công bằng tổ chức và sự cam kết của nhân viên

Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích vai trò trung gian của hạnh phúc trong công việc đối với công bằng tổ chức và sự cam kết của nhân viên, đồng thời khám phá ảnh hưởng của công bằng tổ chức đến sự cam kết và hạnh phúc trong công việc của nhân viên tại các doanh nghiệp ngành du lịch ở khu vực miền Trung, Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu đã thực hiện khảo sát 410 nhân viên làm việc trong các doanh nghiệp du lịch ở khu vực này để phân tích biến số bậc cao qua PLS – SEM. Kết quả phân tích đã khẳng định sự ảnh hưởng tích cực của các yếu tố công bằng tổ chức đến sự cam kết và hạnh phúc trong công việc của nhân viên. Đồng thời, kết quả nghiên cứu cũng nhấn mạnh rằng sự cam kết của nhân viên chịu ảnh hưởng mạnh từ yếu tố công bằng tổ chức thông qua vai trò trung gian của yếu tố hạnh phúc trong công việc.
