Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi phân loại rác sinh hoạt tại hộ gia đình ở thành phố Tuy Hòa, tỉnh Phú Yên: tiếp cận từ lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch

Phân loại rác thải tại hộ gia đình đóng vai trò quan trọng trong quản lý chất thải rắn tại các đô thị. Nghiên cứu sử dụng khung lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch và các thông tin được khảo sát từ 278 hộ gia đình tại thành phố Tuy Hòa, tỉnh Phú Yên. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá các nhân tố tác động đến hành vi phân loại rác sinh hoạt của người dân. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, thái độ đối với phân loại rác, nhận thức nguy cơ từ rác thải với sức khỏe, kiến thức về phân loại rác và chuẩn chủ quan ảnh hưởng đáng kể tới hành vi nghiên cứu. Các yếu tố nhân khẩu học như số người trong hộ gia đình, trình độ học vấn cũng có tác động đến hành vi này. Nghiên cứu đề xuất một số kiến nghị nhằm thúc đẩy giảm thiểu rác thải tại nguồn gồm: nâng cao nhận thức cộng đồng về phân loại rác, xây dựng cơ chế khuyến khích hành vi phân loại rác, cân nhắc bối cảnh địa phương và các yếu tố kinh tế xã hội của hộ gia đình khi xây dựng các chính sách và biện pháp quản lý rác thải sinh hoạt tại gia đình.
