Xây dựng một trung tâm tài chính quốc tế - cơ sở lý thuyết và hàm ý thực tiễn cho thành phố Đà Nẵng

Đảng, Chính phủ Việt Nam và thành phố Đà Nẵng đã có quyết tâm xây dựng Đà Nẵng thành một trung tâm tài chính quốc tế có quy mô khu vực. Trong bài báo này, trước tiên chúng tôi tổng kết cơ sở lý thuyết về các yếu tố cần thiết để hình thành và phát triển một trung tâm tài chính quốc tế. Kết quả đánh giá thực trạng cho thấy còn một khoảng cách rất xa (Đà Nẵng được đánh giá ở mức Thấp hoặc Trung bình ở hầu hết các yếu tố) để Đà Nẵng có thể phát triển thành một trung tâm tài chính quốc tế. Trên cơ sở đó chúng tôi đưa ra các khuyến nghị thực tiễn dành cho Chính phủ Việt Nam và thành phố Đà Nẵng.
